Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you use our website, we process:
- Contact details you provide yourself - when you complete the contact form or email us: your name, email address, (optionally) phone number, company name, and the content of your message.

We do not collect any payment data, order data, or account data via this website, because the site is not an online store.

- HubSpot - CRM and marketing (management of contact and customer data).
- Autotask - PSA/CRM (customer and service administration).
Transfers Outside the EEA
Some of our processors (such as Shopify) are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we do so on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Periods
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
