Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use our website, we process:

  • Cloudflare - DNS and protection/delivery of the website.
  • Microsoft 365 - email (for handling contact requests).
  • HubSpot - CRM and marketing (management of contact and customer data).
  • Autotask - PSA/CRM (customer and service administration).

Transfers Outside the EEA

Some of our processors (such as Shopify) are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we do so on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention Periods

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
